This is delightful. Massive bouquet and big fruit as well as earth and leather. Have only had South American tannât in the past. We drank this side by side w a similarly priced 2016 Argentina tannât w some time in new oak, and we liked this better. The Argentinian was still good in its own right and was much more subtle, earthier, w chalky cocoa powder — 7 years ago

Lush, rich nose. Dark cherries and tobacco. Palate is a bit more muted then the nose would suggest. Dark cherries are still there. This is nice. — 9 years ago
