Vintage 2023 | I cannot imagine why a vintner would make a blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Malbec, Merlot and Tannat 🤯. Biodynamique. The wine is very light, officially rosé. The result is energetic and delicious. I saw @Daniel M call it glou-glou and that’s 👏 a bull’s eye definition. Strange but recommended. Paired with Chinese vegetables and Yuh Siang Kai Sichuan chicken with a hot garlic sauce. — 5 months ago
Yes. Structured leather blueberries, sharp acid almost fizzles. Boom. — 7 years ago
No notes. Purchased from the winery after a thorough tasting of their entire lineup. Kudos to Pauline who welcomed us really nicely and explained all the cuvées. Nice pastry, yeasty notes, some citrus and green apple on the nose. Fine bubbles. Good stuff! — a year ago

I love wine from Cahors and you rarely see it on a menu. Found this one at Rye in Leawood, KS. (Save room for pie) Always a simple, straightforward wine that delivers. I hope I can find this to bring home! — 8 years ago

Nosing and dipping my lips in the glass only. Served with a roasted lamb leg and beans. Superb pairing. Chalk, cherry, raspberry, pepper, bramble... this is superb and deep. The palate is acid driven, showing cherry and raspberry notes. It's very youthful and light in style. It goes very well with the lamb. — 6 days ago
