Yes. Structured leather blueberries, sharp acid almost fizzles. Boom. — 6 years ago
The nose is reminiscent of cidre fermier (farm cider) with a bit of funk at first thqt blows away after a while. The comes honey, apple and some yeasty notes. There is a bit of chalk too. The palate is honey and green apple forward, with a good acid drive, some width, some chalky notes, a bit of grip in the rear and a long persistent finish. Great stuff. We have it along mussels served with green bell pepper and chorizo and it goes super well. — 3 months ago
Second take on this one. Served chilled pool-side along with mint and basil tabouleh. Superb! It smells more like a white than a chilled red / rosé. Super suave, sliky mouthfeel, some tannins in the rear that remind of an orange wine. Ultimate glouglou... — 3 months ago
No notes. Purchased from the winery after a thorough tasting of their entire lineup. Kudos to Pauline who welcomed us really nicely and explained all the cuvées. Nice pastry, yeasty notes, some citrus and green apple on the nose. Fine bubbles. Good stuff! — 4 months ago
