At 10-years, a beautiful experience…deep, dark pour with no signs of bricking…dark fruit (more purple and black) aromatics that just keep on developing…palate mirrors aromatics with strong fruit profile…pleasing texture/mouth feel…medium finish…hard to say how much longer one should hold…tonight, it was in the right place for our dinner — 5 days ago
Estate Pinot expresses the terroir of 3 vineyards. Deep Ruby color with aromas of red and black fruits and spice, whole cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel. On the palate flavors of blueberry and cherry with earthy tones, nuts and cacao. Full-bodied, fine tannins, well balanced, medium+ finish ending with fruit and earthy spice notes. — a month ago
Another rollercoaster experience with Bedrock but happily this was on the up side; maybe 10 years is the key. Opened, tasted put in an aerator and went to dinner. The wine was excellent start to finish and did not seem to change much. A lot of dark fruits all around, smooth finish and just drinking great. Too busy at dinner with friends to have detailed notes. — a month ago
Deep Ruby, pronounced aromas and flavors of blackberry, plum, cassis, black cherry, cedar, vanilla, tobacco leaf and forest floor. Already showing some tertiary notes. Lovely balance of fruit and savory elements, ripe fine-grained tannin and a very long finish. Wonderful wine, easy to appreciate now but with 5 or 10 more years ahead. — 3 months ago
