Full bodied, low acidity, low tannin, woody and red fruits on the nose. Very slightly sweet. Good with red meats, funky cheese, and tomatos dishes.

While the nose is of prototypical tawny port with raisin, caramel, fig, cocoa, and sandalwood, the palate has a fruitier profile with subtle cherry flavor. Full and rich but not cloying - it’s actually on the drier end of the taste spectrum for a tawny.

Red fruits on the nose. Tart cherry notes. Crisp. Faint notes of coffee. — 4 years ago
Uma delicinha. Frutas brancas, damasco, mel, em uma cor quase dourada.
Very refreshing. White fruit, apricot and honey. — 6 years ago
2016 opened March 2024. Grapefruit and apricots on the nose. Lemon on the front with a crisp tannic backbone. It becomes intensely astringent on the mid palate and it has a long bitter finish. At first I didn’t care for this wine, but halfway through the first glass i loved it. This would be a refreshing summer wine — chilled of course! — 8 months ago

pairs well with betrayal. So crisp and clean, unlike the step gabe spilled the last of the mustard on. — 3 years ago
