Apple blossom, red apple skin, underripe blackberry, stone fruit, orange pith, flint, and chalk. Loads of acid and all around structure. Undergoes malolactic and ages in neutral oak.
Has all the right stuff for further cellaring.
Hard to find. Far more complex than many of the tasting notes give it credit for. — 8 months ago

Nose: mild oak. Pineapple flower.
Plate elegant pineapple. Tasty. — 4 months ago
Medium Ruby color, purple hues, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral, herb and complex spice, aged 16 months in 43% new French oak. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and strawberry with pepper, tea, herbs, licorice and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, long finish, ending with spice, fruit, tobacco and floral tones. Very Nice! — 5 months ago

One of Paul Lato's finest. Bien Nacido with a beautiful nose and stone fruits. Inky black out of the bottle. Loads of berries and plum. Classic finish with great length. This could easily keep for another 10. Touché on this one. — 2 months ago
