Dosage 35gr/l, blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier, pale straw lemon color with fine frothy mousse, lively bead of bubbles. Fragrant nose of fresh fruit with nutty & honeysuckle notes. Palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus flavors. Ok balance & acidity, delicate textures, medium+ finish ending with toasty notes, creamy & chalky mineral character. — 2 years ago
