The palate is full of minerals and grapefruit as well along with an infusion of lemon. Nice note of salinity on the long and lingering finish. Beautiful freshness and acidity. Fresh and persistent. Gosh, this producer sure knows how to pull on my heartstrings. The palate was very light, watery thin even, but the perfume it exuded was just incredible.
