A food-friendly Godello — 7 months ago
My last half bottle. See previous note in October 2023. Previous notes apply. From the palomino grape. I’m still trying to “get” Sherry. One day I’ll try a fresh young Manzanilla in Sanlucar de Barrameda with freshly caught cooked Langoustines, as recommended. Light herbal notes with almonds, mouldy apple and medium plus salinity. Light bodied. Yeasty. Bone dry. 15% ABV. — 4 months ago

Worth all the accolades it receives. Dry, long, complex. — 2 months ago

A bench mark 'manzanilla'. Tastes even better after having the opportunity to tast directly from the cask, with a flor layer. — 5 months ago
Wow. Deep dark ruby. Blackberry, currants, cacao, wonderful nose. High tannins not gripping. Medium light body!! Strange. Haha. — 6 months ago

Expressive nose dominated by the toffee caramel notes of the French oak at this stage. Coffee. Felt some toasting there. Good fruit, tannins grippy, yet it is too early. Cherries, plums, for the price not too long. Good quality overall, should see in 5 years time. — 9 days ago
