One of the oldest in my cellar, this 2012 Grenache was acquired from the Qupe wine club. Great after immediately opening and got even better after breathing. Would have liked a little more fruit upfront but balanced tannins provided a smooth and solid finish. — 3 years ago
Huge fan, love it. Drinkable but complex. Starts grassy and dry/fruity with a lil funk. Opens up real juicy, fruit forward. Thank you @Ethan Samuels! I am a disciple — a month ago

This is my first review of the 2013 vintage… When it arrived as a club distribution, the admonition was to let it rest for a couple years because it was a little too wound up… Well it has unwound and is staying in its lane quite nicely. You really do get the varietal signature and mouth feel… Not overly complex, but decidedly balanced. Two more of this vintage remain and I look forward to next year to see how it is at eight years old. Mostly bright red fruit with Ethan trim frame of rosey florality. Well done Nathaniel! — 4 years ago
