Wine from my trip to Italy (1) — 4 months ago
One of my favorite southern Italian whites, and one I always prefer with a few years of age. Paired with spaghetti and fried zucchini discs cooked into a cream sauce with basil and grated pecorino. Did not get to try the dish but diners seemed pleased. Biodynamic. — 8 months ago
Honeysuckle, white peach, bright citrus (almost yuzu-esque), minerals, and more stone fruit to give it balance. Great value and intriguing. — 3 months ago
This is terrific. Nice blend of two off two lesser known grapes - 60% falanghina and 40% biancolella. Im obsessed with the pineapple aromas, lemon zest, and strong scents reminding me of sandcastles and seashores. It’s fresh, zippy, and crisp. — 10 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Golden lemon color with aromas of tropical and stone fruits with toasty nutty notes. On the palate flavors of melon, apple and pear with sweet citrus and raisin notes. Medium+ length, balanced lively acidity, ending with sweet fruit and nutty mineral character. — 8 days ago
