That’s USCD! Sequoia Grove Napa Valley Chardonnay 21 @12540, Pieroth, 241011 — 3 months ago
Becoming a staple - always good. — 24 days ago
This was 100% CF - no sign of age, inky, w/impressive aromas of cherry cough drop, herbaceous, white pepper, medicinal - old school vibes on nose. Bit unruly on palate, definitely felt the heat and finish had some astringency. Not a huge fan of Paso Robles fruit… Still a decent quaff and scratches itch for varietal CF. — 3 months ago
Pale lemon color.
Aromas of soft lemon custard.
Dry. Flavors of warm lemon, softly buttered brioche. Delicious!

8000th wine on here and it’s a doozy! Beautiful raspberry and blueberry fruit, exotic barrel notes, integrated perfectly. White pepper. Stems. Umami. Super exotic. Top notch barrels. Lighter than expected. Best domestic syrah ever? Kinda… thanks for tuning in! 8000 now and more to go. Maybe not Hahahha — 3 months ago

1hr+ decant. Dark purple color. Cedar, mint, and anise on the nose. Tamer on the palate with dark cherries. Lovely texture but medium minus depth. Short finish. The best of the Sequoia Grove single vineyard cabs, but still overpriced. — 24 days ago
