Austin Hope

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Really nice California Cab. Drinks lighter than the ABV. Tannins smooth and well integrated already. Black fruit, tar, licorice, ample vanilla oakiness that mellows out a little with time. Relatively accessible, relatively affordable, eminently enjoyable โ€” 19 days ago

I think this is a great Cali Cab, and it was greater a couple years ago when I was paying $35 for it ๐Ÿ˜„

Second time and still great! What a floral yet stony nose and lift on palate and long finish. For ML book dinner โ€” 4 months ago

Yes! I personally like older wines of any ilk but this one was still a nice surprise. That said Iโ€™ve not had it younger but this still tasted like thereโ€™s time left.

Pinot noir and chenin blanc. Medium high acid and medium tannins - quite a palatable blend from Oregon. Thank you Mike and Lori! โ€” 3 months ago
