When Hoyt poured this, he apologized after the first sip. Felt something was off. I tasted it and was blown away. Has my favorite Chardonnay trait...lemon cream. He stated he thinks the difference was the temperature and that he enjoyed it colder, but I enjoyed it just above cellar temp. Wow. Caramel, lemon cream, Andes mint, and a great texture. — 7 years ago
