Brought to my Ontario wine history class by the co-founder of Inniskillin, Herr Karl Kaiser. The colour is pure gold and extremely viscous. The nose is still tropical as an icewine dispite it's age and filled with tonnes of brown sugar. The palate confirms the nose and is absolutely delicious...the sweetness is well balances by good acidity,the beauty of Vidal icewine is exemplified in this bottle. Danke Herr Kaiser! — 9 years ago
Drinking a lot of organic wines of late. That this is biodynamic is all the better. Suggested to pair with BBQ chicken and it was very good with this dish. Relatively high acidity handled the sauce nicely. Would be a good sipping wine as well. We paid $15 at wine store. It is $17 at our organic co-op. — 7 years ago
