Quite pale, with a tart, crunchy character that teeters on the edge of too light, even for me - but it rounds out a touch with air and time, and went very well with food - pinot noir is always great with shoyu-based dishes, but this went especially well with masu teriyaki (though not with floppy sweet stereotype...) — 3 years ago
