Enjoyed this over a heated game of Pedro with kin — 6 years ago
This Brett-kin has been languishing for some time. Smells fresh though. Holding its snowy crown over hazy orange-amber. Graphic lacing (thick lines). Gourd-y with funky white pepper on the nose, nutmeg and clove right behind. This smells incredible with orange blossoms, caramel and lime. Delicious entry with lime peel, lemonade, candid ginger, clove, bing cherry, candied red grapefruit peel, white raspberry, star fruit and of course cinnamon and nutmeg trimmings. What a beer when you wait for the Brett-citrus to evolve. Pump it up! — 7 years ago
Very nice blend...dark fruits and oak. — 9 years ago
Coffee flavors, light and smooth — 9 years ago
Stark contrast from their Kith & Kin and Rutherford cab. The first two are all about the dark characteristics...dark fruit, dark ground/earthy hints, and dark coffee like spice. This on the other hand strives for elegance. Brighter fruits...Bing cherries, maybe even rhubarb. The spice is more floral than coffee/espresso. Very smooth. — 10 years ago

Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with nutty notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and pineapple with crisp acidity, clean mouthfeel. Medium finish ending with fruit, nuts and mineral notes. — 2 years ago
Great with Thai food, at Kin Khao Dogpatch. — 5 years ago
Bought a bottle after tasting at D'Vines (as usual). Lovely, balanced, yummy, casual. Ripe raspberry, a touch of clove. Will certainly repurchase and enjoy this, summer or winter. Screw cap — lasts beautifully in the fridge for 3+ days. — 6 years ago
Very good. Fruit forward and a little sweet. Not quite jammy but getting there. — 7 years ago
Rich and ripe baked apple with subtle hints of cookie spices, honey and toasted bread. Not at all unlike a Montrachet. Will do well with a few years but nothing compared to it’s older kin from ’02, ’90 or ’86. — 9 years ago
liked this one with a NY strip quite a bit. Kith & Kin would have done fine, but for a Prime NY, this was worth the $ — 9 years ago
Had this at Kin in Boise last year with scallops and loved it so much we went and bought a bottle. Recreated that dinner last night and it did not disappoint Trebbiano, Malvasia and Verdicchio from the nuns in Umbria. Medium acid, full body. Imported by Rosenthal — 3 years ago
Coming up as a Merlot but the bottle says Zinfandel. Anywho I’m in total support of this! — 5 years ago
A fantastic, smooth red. — 7 years ago
