This was a surprise, I normally don’t like Blankenfisk and don’t know much about Slovenian wines, but this was really really enjoyable! Fine bubbles, with a pale red, almost coppery color, with a restrained nose of hibiscus, fresh red plum, and hints of orange. Almost medium bodied, crisp and fresh, with hints of red apple, fresh watermelon with a little vegetal wine in there as well, maybe even some acidic peach and pomegranate, but nice and dry, with a gently lingering, mineral finish. — 7 months ago

Aroma and flavor of melon and peach, orange in color with hints of gold, medium body low in acid but high alcohol, tastes like a Chardonnay with hint of sweetness. Really liked this one! — 8 months ago
Dry, pretty tasty. — 2 years ago
Light pear, wet stone and mineral aromas. Medium acidity, fuller mouthfeel. A good choice. — 4 months ago
Slovenia is becoming the best place for natural wines. This was great - easy drinking, slight funk, would buy again (had at Etta). — 7 months ago

This dry wine was fantastic with Chinese food. Easy to drink, slight hints of fruit, and light on acidity. Long lasting finish — 13 hours ago
