I ❤ Jamet. Young for sure, but freakin' good. Smoky, mineral, peppery, meaty, olive, spice. Needs time to tame that bunchiness. The intensity and texture puts the Kusuda to shame I feel (both excellent wines regardless). — 8 years ago
Kusuda, you bloody genuis! What an elegant wine. Needs time to develop more tertiary flavours, but it's just layers upon layers of red fruit encased in just the right amount of oak. Opened up over the period of two days, revealing rose petals, smokey game and forest floor characters, with a hint of lovely herbaceousness. Fine fine tannins. Long finish. So tasty! — 9 years ago

Wonderful wine. So lean and refreshing. Austere and tight, steely and beautifully made. Long life ahead but so good now — 7 years ago
