Thanks @eugene_vin for this bottle! Fleshy, rich Chardonnay, very Meursault-like in style w toasty nuts, floral & spice complexity. The intensity & ripe nature of the fruit flavours (vs subtlety) being one of its only signs of New World-ness. Yummy. — 10 years ago

Not an overtly powerful style, showing some restraint and elegance. White peach, lightly candied, and a deft touch of biodynamic note, an oxidised note leading to a touch of almond. Good chalky mineral style. Quite Jura like. Palate is medium bodied, smooth textured, medium acidity lending to some fatness. Good but lacking great depth. — 10 years ago

Bright garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas and flavors of black raspberry, black cherry, anise seed, black currants, vanilla and fresh herbs. Quite an earthy, brambly and brooding finish. Chalky texture, crisp acidity, medium bodied and fine tannins. Well balanced, delicate and well crafted. Very “Oregonian” in style. Quite good. A bit over priced. — 6 days ago
