Turner Vineyard Syrah 2007

Less richness and ripeness than the Thompson, this shows a bit of green tobacco aromas, northern Rhône-like, Turner was, I believe, the coolest climate of the Syrah vineyards Joey has used (and was always my favorite Tensley Syrah), should effortlessly age 7-10 more years, long, lingering finish, terrific!! — 9 days ago

Thompson Vineyard Syrah 2007

Blackberry and red plummy aromas and flavors, rich and ripe, but balanced, soft tannins, this still has some time to go, but drinking beautifully tonight, long, lingering finish. — 9 days ago

All Blocks Tensley Vineyards Red Blend 2022

2022 vintage. Full/heavy body. Jammy and juicy with just enough dusty tannins throughout to land the plane without incident. This'll be dynamite with anything off the grill. 3.25.24. — 3 months ago
