Bright berries, bramble, cocoa, sage; moderate tannins #undergroundceller #coronavino — 4 years ago
As someone who is often quick to dismiss Sauvignon Blanc, I’m very happy to report that Bow & Arrow is making one of the most memorable bottlings I’ve tasted anywhere. Showing it’s attributes the way a good showdog might, knowing what she has.
And that’d be lychee extract, sweet tangerine, coconut, pineapple, sweet sake, vanilla, dulce de ledge, and butterfinger. Extraordinarily deep and ripe and all in wonderful restraint. — 5 years ago
More advanced than the last bottle, initially I thought too advanced… but credit to the Somm at The Modern for talking me off the metaphorical ledge. Developed nicely in glass, more honey than creaminess. Wouldn’t give bottles any more time. — 6 months ago
Awesome and soooooo good — 3 years ago
The nose of a cooling blackberry pie on a windows ledge.
This has heft, and you can tell the love that went into this. All the dark berries, yet in the brighter side - elegant, I wish I had bought a case. So, so good. Tangy lip smacking acidity with tannin overtures. — 4 years ago
Aldi advent beers. Ruby rose grapefruit juice color and hazy. Spittle white with bubbles to match. Firewood dropped by tentacles lacing. Ghost squid. Pronounced grapefruit nose is halved, sprinkled with sugar and topped with a maraschino cherry like grandma made for breakfast. Hedge apple blossom, magnolia too. Lemon bread. Pineapple essence. Tart and tasty palate features white and ruby grapefruit that steps off a ledge and plunges to pith and pear, orange peel and zested ginger. Tastes very natural.

To receive the edge...
Light shadows in dark
Cast into center stage
Words scurry the lip
Stars align space to Park
Bottled purity in her Cage
Roaring truth Drips
Stung on edge
Beyond depths hold
Her mind waits
Thought brought to ledge
Feelings within fold
Tempering the dates

Solid cab. Opened and drank slowly over 3.5 hours. Bouquet of fruit aromas upon opening that were well integrated and not overwhelming at first sip. — 5 months ago
