2022/5/7 with roast pork with rosemary, garlic and mostarda di Cremona, fresh favas and pecorino, etc. Lots of lovely red fruit jumps out on the nose, followed by some woodsier, earthier notes. Juicy fruit and acidity balances subtle but firm tannins. The last glass is even better, with a fosses effusion of pungent, spicy berries and subtle floral notes. — 3 years ago
