A nice fine mousse, nose hints at some age though it’s not vintage dated. Good seam of acidity running through it, more fruity than yeasty. I’d buy it again for €12. Certified organic and from estate owned vineyards. — 5 years ago

Great rose sparkler! Like a cava, but from just nearby so corpinnat designation. Dried strawberries, red raspberries, some floral notes, and some light tannins. A touch creamy on the midpalate? Even better as it warms to room temp. — 2 years ago
