Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing lemons, yellow apples, oak, vanilla, spices, almonds, grapefruits and light herbs.

Clean finish with limes and grapefruits.

Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing.

Lots of oak and vanilla notes show up after 45 minutes of airtime.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Better when properly chilled.

We had this a few days ago and I misplaced my notes. Citrus mineral and intensity I recall. Probably committing infanticide drinking this now but there were good reasons to. Very light salmon in color.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Very dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing raspberries, limes, citrus, green apples, yeast, brioche, spices and minerals.

Still very young and needs 10 years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years.

A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.

12% alcohol by volume.
