Orange Blossom cider, semi-sweet with added oranges and some pineapple. Slight head on pour, medium sized bubbles, lightly carbonated. Solid apple flavor profile, possibly McIntosh, light pineapple finish with orange-citric aftertaste. Reminds me of orange blossoms in the East Valley near Phoenix, February in the Sonoran desert. Maybe you can go home again... — 6 years ago
Pale golden white. Short brief head in pour, moderate carbonation with medium sized bubbles. Label says it’s part of Heirloom Series, 8% alcohol. Pleasant perfumed apple aromas in nose. Expected McIntosh flavor profile in mouth but much more subtle and complex than that. Ever so slightly off dry, slight astringency in finish so very gently pressed. Slight malic snap in finish. Well crafted and superior product — 7 years ago

Blend of Golden Russet, Bramley's Seedling, Porter's Perfection and Cox Orange Pippin. Pale white in color, cloudy. Lightly carbonated with fine bubble size. McIntosh like aroma profile. Tangerine flavor with citrus tartness, mixed citric and malic finish. Should go great with food — 9 years ago
Golden yellow in color, good clarity and carbonation. Complex winey apple aroma Profile. Ripe flavor, syrupy, macerated center pulp flavors, good crispness. Mostly McIntosh? — 9 years ago

McIntosh Cellars Semi dry Strawberry. Smells so vibrant; like strawberry jam. Weird aftertaste — 6 years ago
Very clean, slightest textural pull from the tannins, a piquant thing that another reviewer perfectly described as blue cheese. Balanced green apple acidity, but soft McIntosh like apple flesh flavors and wet slate, ozone after rain clean water aromas. — 7 years ago
Light to medium gold with greenish tint. Leesy nose. Wet stone, McIntosh apple, honey - white flower, camomile. Fresh baguette. Med+ acid, medium body (that’s deceptively rich). Baked pear on the palate, but bright, clean, and incisively focused. Acid is all in tune - and the result is elegant. — 8 years ago
Traditions Cidre Bouche French style keeved cider 2016. 6.5% a/v light golden color. Light to moderate carbonation. McIntosh aroma profile. Neutral flavor, slight caramel finish. Some astringency comes out as cider reaches room temperature and it tastes much more complex served this way, like a traditional ale — 9 years ago
This Pinot Blanc is so beautiful! Lovely ripe nectarines, fresh pineapple, and apple blossoms on the nose. Bright on the entry, with McIntosh apples and fresh white peaches gushing into the palate, unfolding into guava, ripe Comice pears, and finishing in lemon pith and peppercorn. Goes well with spicy butternut squash soup. — 10 years ago
McIntosh apple, crisp pear, citrus. Underlying honey. Crushed flower. Hot cereal. Steel wool. Medium plus acid. Didn't get the chiseled mineral. Thinner texture that developed after a few hours. I think it could use a little time to settle. — 10 years ago
Looks like a strawberry Jolly Rancher. Smells like McIntosh apple skins and the white mesocarp of watermelon had a freakish baby. Tastes like those things with a rhubarb twang. Dry but with a nice fruit/acid harmony and firm, mouthwatering tannins. More, please. #rosato #pinkitalian #negroamaro #salento — 8 years ago
Eight varieties blended. Light golden brown. No carbonation. Perfumed apple aromas. Heavy malic and McIntosh flavor profile, apricot skin too, watery with subtone of apple flavors. Light to moderate acid, fairly dry. "Taut tannins" were light, "austere flavors", definitely. 6.9% a/v, RS 0.8% — 8 years ago
A very subtle and pretty cider. The ginger and "forest" shows up near the end and oh so discreetly. Otherwise, lovely fresh McIntosh and Gala flavors - of the kind you pick yourself. — 10 years ago
Delectable identified this incorrectly..It's McIntosh Cellars from South Haven, Michigan. This dry cider is my newest favorite from @Kyle Whodrinks Michigan trip. Delicious crisp backbone & sweet peak ripeness Michigan apples. VERY FRESH :) — 11 years ago
