The wine is full bodied wine, on nose its big strawberries, vanilla notes, leather and oak. On palate, acidity is medium+, chewy, creamy, firm structure, long finish, big fruits of course. This is a beautiful wine, considering 2018 is not an easy year for montalcino. Decant time is 1 hour, enjoy it now or keep it for 2-3 years. Cheers!! 🍷 — 16 days ago
Medium ruby in color; blackberries, black cherries, and graphite on the nose; medium acidity; medium tannins; tastes like red plums, violets, and dried herbs with a long finish. This is my kind of wine. — 8 hours ago

Ruby in color with a wide brown/ brick rim.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black fruits with wood, earth, vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf, bitter herbs and peppercorn.
Nice finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 14 year old Brunello lost a lot of its fruits at this point. Soft and elegant. Earthy and better with food.
I paired it with a prosciutto and arugula pizza.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

There’s a purity and elegance to this wine that kept me going back. Everything’s light - bright red berry, sweet tannins and subtle Mediterranean tang - but the whole has weight and … well, gravitas, with a lengthy finish. Outstanding for me. Great food wine. — a month ago
