Super funk, super dark Riesling — 10 years ago
Stunning orange wine, ruby orange in color beautiful in the glass. Sharp fruits, blood orange notes, light tannins still there with a real punch of juice but still complex and structured. Could drink this every day! — 2 days ago

Color : White
Wine estate : Domaine Ostertag
Designation : Muenchberg
Name : A360P Pinot Gris
Country : France
Vivino : 4.5/5
Note : A wonderful Pinot Gris. A yellow-straw robe, a nose focused on the mineral. On the palate, an explosion of flavor on floral notes, sweet spices, slightly salty. Very elegant and gourmet, to taste for those who do not know it!

Initial aromatics of lychee and white peach. Initial comment to see if note is accepted. A Grand Cru Riesling from Alsace which is unique because of its soil type which is volcanic rather than sandstone - the latter in the minority. Dry Riesling with a certain spiciness. Deserves to be a Grand Cru. The vineyard was first planted in the 12th Century by the Cistercian Monks hence the name Muenchberg (Mountain of the Monks). — 11 days ago
