A wine to pair food exceptionally.
White meat or fat fish like a barra or a sword fish.

Like revenge, this is best serve chilled (even though it is a red). A fascinating combination of CF, Grolleau Noir, CS, Pinot d’Aunis and Gamay. Hand-harvested 75% from the estate, rest from neighbors. This wine has great texture and structure. 12% abv. From the family Ogreau, who apparently, are also musicians. $27 — 9 months ago
