From Anthony Yount (also makes Kinero in addition to his main gig at Denner), this is a terrific, lighter style of clairette blanche. Has kind of a tight temperature window where it really signs - too warm and you lose the acidity, too cold and you lose the aromatics - but in its sweet spot just below 50 F it’s perfect. Will be interesting to see if it puts on a little weight with another year or two in bottle (which could be cool). — 3 years ago
One of the best GS blends tasted from 2020 so far; also one of the best wines I’ve tasted from this winemaker. Drink or hold — 8 months ago
Excellent! The fruit forward taste on the tongue is lovely. Complex with great balance of tannins and elegance. — 3 years ago
Well balanced and savory with red cherry and meaty Mataro. Very nice mineral finish. — 5 years ago
