Buttered toast with good fruit. Good acids and overall a great bottle of Chardonnay — 10 months ago
Blend of five vineyards from two appellations in Santa Barbara County; Solomon Hills and Gold Coast; from Santa Maria Valley, Peake Ranch and Zotovich; and Drum Canyon from Sta. Rita Hills. Ruby color with aromas of red fruit, baking spice and earthy notes. On the palate flavors of raspberry and cherry with white flower notes and an array of spices. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with fresh fruit, spice and earthy tones. Nice! — 13 days ago
Reddish in color with light intensity.
Fruity nose of cherries, raspberries, spices, light oak and chocolate notes.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with red bing cherries, currants, raspberries, sweet strawberries, spices, red candy, light wood, chocolates, sweet tobacco, light herbs and black pepper.
Nice length on the finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills in California. Easy drinking and engaging. Elegant and fruit forward.
Showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel, and feels like a California Pinot with a touch of Burgundy.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
Pinot Noir grapes were aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. A small production of only 8 barrels.
14.1% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
