The deep golden yellow, '02 Pinical Estate Botrytis Semillon 'Eternity' from the Riverina region of NSW was my first experience with this type of dessert wine. It showed honeyed aromas of apricot marmalade, toffee and orange blossom. The sweet, but crisply refreshing, palate had dried kumquat and creamy citrus flavors.
