My first exposure to Don Melchor was rewarding! Rich, dark fruit maturity on the nose was consistent with long lasting dark cherries and red plum on the palette. Soft tannins reminiscent of a well aged Cabernet, the softness of this young cab was surprising and delightful! An absolute treat to taste!! — a month ago

Silk, elegant, round, it has everything you need and you want. Super nice. — 7 months ago
The ripe black fruit core is lifted by perfumed nose and lively acidity. Silky palate with fine grained tannins, but 15.7% abv does make its present felt on the long finish.
Quite a good value for what is considered the flagship wine by the winery. — 19 days ago

Blueberry and crushed violets, there’s a freshness about this wine that I love even after a day open. Would drink again. — 2 days ago
