Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2023 Sketch pours a bright, pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is youthful with beautiful notes of white and yellow flowers, lemon, passion fruit, orange zest, ocean spray, and wet stone. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and saline. This was divine with raw oysters and yellowtail crudo. Drink now through 2038. — 5 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The 2020 pours a deep ruby purple with a near opaque core and a magenta rim; medium viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is youthful with notes of Montmorency cherry, tart plums, licorice, purple flowers, cocoa, and gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Tasty stuff and a very nice pairing with braised short rib.
