A lovely red blend of 60% Touriga Nacional, 20% Touriga Franca, 20% Tinta Roriz, red fruits, intense aromatics, fruity, and very smooth and silky, inviting mouthfeel, delicious texture and long finish! Never disappoints! — 4 months ago
One of my bottles from my annual WWC hosting. Part of a Grenache flight (including ‘19 Rotie Cellars “Big G”, ‘19 Saint-Damien Souteyrades Gigondas, ‘18 Andremily Grenache).
Last of a three-pack.
I’m a little surprised at the average score here, but wonder if it has to do with the aromatics presenting a little cru-Beaujolais like (borderline partial carbonic fermentation type aromatics). Bright, juicy, crunchy Grenache. Light ruby colored in the glass with potpurri, candied raspberries, faint spiced rhubarb on the nose. Crisp, juicy red and black berry fruit with a savory/mineral iron type note toward the finish. It’s light, tangy, crunchy and expressive. I’m sure these age wonderfully but it’s tasty right now. Great pairing with grilled quail! — a month ago

60% Touriga Nacional
20% Touriga Franca
20% Tinta Roriz
Dark purple color, with a lot of earthy components. Floral notes with a wooden accents, vanilla, and dark ripened fruit. All with a bit of leather. Nicely balanced with just a medium tannin structure. A lot softer than the flavors and scents give off. I think it’s delicious, and the 2018 is drinking quite primely right now. — a month ago

Nice restrained Spanish red blend. Great acid. Light tannins. Needs a chill, and then good accompaniment with Indian chicken kebabs with a bit of spice. — 15 days ago
