I know a thing or two about Loire cab franc. This is a crazy wine. Light body. Complex. Faintest pyrazines, but totally integrated, so they only appear on the mid pallet and are disappear at the finish. bright, restrained red fruit. drying tannins on the back end. Almost alpine, underripe blackberries and cracked pepper. Drinks like a feminine Barbaresco with different fruit profile. Wild. — 8 months ago
Sour fruit and touch of herbal pepper note. Good easy drinking lunch wine — 2 years ago

First wine of 2025. Served along pork Filet Mignon. No notes as we are enjoying our first 2025 meal with my family. A bit of age on it. A new, fun label that represents the owners' family quite well (a group of artists). Violet, blackberry and pepper. Great width, great matter, long finish, nice caressing tannins. Happy new year ! — 4 months ago
Cotes de Catalan red with Guinea Fowl at Spring. Excellent fruit, not the graininess I can find in Grenache/Carignan reds at times. — 2 years ago

Black fruit and newer oak aromas, black fruit flavors, stone, graphite licorice, hefty tannins, med++ body. Pretty big w/ 14.5 alc. mostly Merlot with some Cabernet. Drink or hold. — a day ago
