I needed a bubbly to celebrating finishing my WSET Diploma. At last! But until I could share with more people went with a budget friendly option and golly it is an overachiever. Dry as can be but it tastes of baked pear and honey but also fresh raw lemon squeezed over baguette. Quite complex and oh so delicate. A moody ballerina. — 4 years ago

There is a beautiful cherry nose here with lavender notes. A very floral palate also displays cherry with a leathery thing going on as well as coffee flourishes. — 8 years ago
