In a good spot with room to improve. Beautiful texture, mousse, micro beaded.
Notes of Honeycomb and butterscotch. Both yellow & white peaches, nectarines, tropical melons, pineapple, understated lemon, cream, baguette, beautiful fine chalky powder, saline notes, sea spray, yellow & spring flowers, excellent soft acidity and a well made elegant, smartly polished finish that lasts nearly two-minutes.

2020 Pietra marina - Etna Bianca superiore. Golden straw coloration. From Mila, birthplace of carricante, why it’s superiore. On the nose, citrus, herbaceous, salinity and minerality. On the palate, rich mouthfeel, citrus, herbs, salinity from the sea, and a finish of herbs (tarragon?) and minerals. Interesting- combo of Chablis and Chardonnay. Paired with mushroom and spring onion mayonnaise. — 3 months ago
Superb Pinot! Aromas of raspberry and black cherry. Rich and smooth on the bud with stewed fruits, slight tartness, deep cherry, and a great spice note. Long finish! Had it at Blue Hound in PHX.

There is a purity of fruit here that is notable, however it just seemed a bit thin and lacking on the finish. It did get better after some air. — 8 months ago
Apparently ten is better. I am on the list and buy magnums Chardonnay and Ten. I share my allocation of southing My no clue wine drinkers choose 10. Goes to show that even naive wine drinkers prefer 10. — 9 months ago
