I was surprised by how good this was. Perfect balance of sweet, bitter, sour, and omami/funk. — 5 years ago

2010 Vintage. This reinvigorated my love of wine. Lovely licorice, tobacco and black fruit. This can probably age a longer, but it is ready to drink now. Enjoy!!! — 6 years ago
Delicious as f**k. Fruity, dark. — 8 years ago
I have enjoyed cider on a limited basis but I have never been blown away until now. Funky, earthy, and tart. What I found very enjoyable was the lack of “heaviness “ in the mouth , something I have not experienced with cider. A good example of an iron fist in a velvet glove. I know you might find this crazy but I felt this combined the best attributes of Burgundy and orange wines. Enjoyed with Dijon and rosemary crusted lamb chops. — 5 years ago
