The style nods toward a Bordeaux Blanc sensibility while expressing bright California energy and vineyard heritage.

Aromas & Flavors:
Fresh grapefruit, white pear, ripe apricot, subtle citrus oil, light oak influence, and a clean mineral thread.

Mouthfeel:
Bright, dry, and energetic with a creamy mid-palate texture. Lively acidity keeps the wine lifted while subtle oak and old-vine concentration add quiet richness and length.

Food Pairings:
Grilled halibut or sea bass, roast chicken with herbs, citrus-driven salads, goat cheese, shellfish, or lightly spiced Mediterranean dishes.

Personal Pick:
