Light, spicy Alto Adige red (Schiava) served with pizza at Nodo restaurant in Toronto — 3 months ago
Lightly extracted ruby red. Cherry fruit lather aroma. Light cherry berry flavor. Slight bitter seed finish. Worth a light chill, easy drinking. After a couple of hours, a nectarine-apricot flavor emerges in the finish which is really flavorful, so maybe you want to decant this one. — 4 months ago
This was a very pleasing bottle, a perfect pairing with Monday night pasta. Bright red fruit flavors and aromas, and rather light in body. Smooth and balanced too! 100% Schiava. 4/21/25. — 5 months ago

Love the balance, the bright fruit and the easy drinking nature — 3 years ago
This is one the best if not the best Schiavas I have had in terms of balance, texture, weight, and fruit vs herbal. This is just a really enjoyable wine, kinda Glou-Glou like. Great example. — 2 months ago
High elevation Italian Schiava. Bright garnet/ruby color. Aromas of sour red fruit, freshly turned soil and roasted nuts. Flavors of sour cherry/raspberry, cranberry and pomegranate with additional notes of tobacco and minerals. Slight hint of oak on the medium length finish. Ripping acidity and light on tannins. 12.5% Alcohol. Light bodied but rather intense, juicy and persistent. Very “Pinot Noir-like.” Can handle a chill. — 3 months ago

Dieter Sölva, with his son Michael is following his father’s Josef, footsteps in respecting their heritage and nature. This light red wine is like a Burgundy : sharp with hints of sour cherry and strawberries. An excellent refreshing treat. — 24 days ago
