This Dolcetto is some pretty wacky, intense vino. It opens hot, with lots of coffee and liquorice nose and palate. With time, …and proteins ( tomatoes too), you get mushrooms and manure, dank earth . Light ruby colour going garnet.

On the nose dried cherry and a lot of leather, roasted coffee, even cold tea. Oak notes of medium intensity.

On the palate it is very dry with very high acidity and high tannins. Medium body and long finish.
