Sparkling dry Riesling, Pet Nat HAND riddled and disgorged. 243 bottles. Yes, bottles. Brut zero. Un messed with. — 8 years ago
Big fan of this winery and was excited to see them put out a PN. This rendition is young, cool and vibrant with a little musty, dusty stone cellar coming through on the nose. Think raspberry and creek bed bramble. A little black pepper and cola in the palate with loads of tart red berries; moderate very well integrated alcohol. Finishes with cherry and tar. Drinks well young, but will definitely benefit with time. — 9 years ago
