This is finally drinking.
Nose: fleeting endless white flowers. Deep. Dense. Endless. Liquid white flowers. Insane.
Palate: a perfectness. Silky. A touch of richness. A presence. Magnificent. Reverberates.
A perfectness about this. A gleaming golden harmony that transcends any tasting note and exceeds the limits of language. .

Opened this a few years too early. Dark and brooding. Olives, violet, blackberry. Wild and savory. Would love to try this again in a few years! — a month ago
Exquisite. Richness and complexity mixing with this incredible seafood dishes. — 3 months ago
Probably from last Chambers sampler. 11/8/25 Cold Night. Very dark pour, potent scent out of bottle. Black fruits on nose. Moderate tannins. Solid sediments on second day. — 8 days ago

This tastes way younger than a ‘17. Nose has classic St Joe granite scents and bright mountain berry fruit. On the palate it’s super bright, with electric acids allowing it to keep playing with the kool kids despite its age. Medium bodied. Never heard of this producer previously. But will buy if I see again. This was bought off a bistro wine list. — 17 days ago
