Got off work from managing a restaurant. Broiled a kosher hot dog and placed it in a warm tortilla with exquisite cheese, sautéed onions and brown mustard. Looked for a simple but good wine to accompany. This wine hits your nose with blackberry, boysenberry and blueberry jam. Palate is as satisfactory as this hot dog feels in my hungry stomach. — 10 years ago
