Times change. Upping to 9. — 5 months ago
See 4 previous notes on Delectable for the 2015 Primavera. This is my last bottle. The whole bunch stalky elements have toned down in the last few years. More balanced with the red fruits. Perhaps that was Steve Flamsteed’s plan and it needed to be cellared for at least 9 years.? — 10 months ago
Spice on the nose. Blueberry and pomegranate with spicy finish. Beautiful. Steve is so talented. — 6 months ago

Wine is Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir. Cherry SweeTarts, red plum, tobacco, graphite, smoke and spice. — 8 months ago
This wine is a medium garnet in color. The somewhat muted nose offers aromas of jammy blackberries, a bit of earth, some black pepper and anise. The palate is loaded with dark fruit and cherry, with very fine tannins. It’s a smooth sip. It’s also a fresh sip, as the light touch of oak lets the grapes speak for themselves. — a month ago

Perfect for a steak night.
Blend of Cab Sauv, Franc, merlot, & verdot.
Would buy again — 5 months ago
Medium acidity. Light and clean taste. A little ‘bolder’ than a typical Pinot. Very, very good. Would definitely buy again. — 7 months ago

You can’t say much more than this is perhaps the finest Pinot Noir available.
It opens up bright, but mid pallet brings on more complex flavors than you’d expect from a Pinot grape. Finish is a bit earthy and delightful.
Thank you Brewer-Clifton for this wonderful Pinot Noir. — 14 days ago
