Really nice. Fruit forward but with nice tannic finish. Jenn said to save this one. — 5 months ago
This is nice - I had it about a year ago (8.8) and now she's really coming into her own. Super-ripe almost funky 🍄 melon and mineral on the nose (more than most chards will give us). The melon carries through to the mouth with a silky malo texture that almost imparts a sense of residual sugars. It's only the finish reminds you that this ain't from one of them fancy parts of Burgundy like Cote-DU-Bone.

Crimson in colour. Sappy cherry aromas - earthy notes. Sour cherry flavours, juicy red fruits, some spice. Light to medium bodied palate and tannins. Apparently a little bit of Chardonnay goes into the blend with the Gamay. Obviously more a summer than a winter drink but curiosity got the better of me. I don’t drink much Beaujolais but this was highly recommended by Roscoe at Prince Wine Store in South Melbourne. Congratulations @PrinceWineStore for being named in the Top 10 Wine Stores in the World! Saw the list in the regular email I get from Acker in New York. Acker were #1 ; Berry Bros and Rudd in London were #2 . — 5 years ago
Great red fruit notes on both the nose and palate/retro nasal. — a month ago
Medium body, soft tannins, blackberry, dark cherry and slight meaty note. A very good and smooth Beaujolais — 4 months ago
Super expressive nose of luscious Gamay fruit. Super grapey and very carbonic. Loads of berry and jelly donut. Huge spice and depth. The nose is so expansive. Smells like a fruitier Thivin. Floral like nothing else. Mashed flowers. But so fresh and at peak bloom. Palate is gorgeous with high toned grippy berry fruit and very suave tannins. High acid here. Florals are such vivid roses. Terrific freshness and concentration. Sappy and so dense and this is a Gamay for the long haul. What a finish. Keeps snaking all over your palate for minutes. Now way way floral after air. This is 40% whole bunch. So aromatic. Amazing sweet fruit and tannins. 23 bottled 5 months earlier than it was in 21. Loess soil. What a finish just keeps going and going. This really needs 3-4 years. Now after 8 hours nose is darkly floral, meaty, dark in general. Palate is super supple and sweet with awesome juiciness and length. So good. 9.3 to 9.4. Much more expansive and supple toddy. Really broad floral aromas and stunning supple texture. 9.4 to 9.5. — 9 months ago
In an amazing place. Nose has some reduction which will blow off but man o man that palate. The acid is just so intense and layered, juicy and explosive fruit like you cannot believe. Just cracking! So tasty. It’s got an urgency on the palate that makes this so special. Sappy for days and unreal velvety and mineral drenched tannins. My goodness this is brilliant. Nose has some smoke and leather as well. Unreal freshness. I mean the freshness is like young dry Riesling. Genius stuff and in the window. Let’s see what air does. — 2 months ago

Tons of tangy blackberry, ripe black cherry and such purity. Reminds me of Thivin. So much mineral and loam. Bright and earthy. Super detailed and great clarity. Mimics Cote de Brouilly. Awesome texture and sappiness. Such vibrancy and tangy blackberry and deep, vivid black cherry fruit. Terrific freshness and energy and Rudi cloud fruit sap on the long finish. Dynamite. So complex and classy. Really great tension and the minerality shines through. So much crunch. Nose opens more and more. Amazing balance. — 4 years ago

Rustic nose, with mushrooms, iron, red meat, slightly crunchy read fruit, rose florals and maybe even a hint of crisp red apple. Medium body, and a dark, deep ruby or rose color. Palate is zingy with hints of blood orange, high quality balsamic, honestly bubble gum or some sort of candied flavor, piñon wood, with dark chocolate (like cacao) and a little tar and burnt fennel at the finish. Whew, this is rich and fun, but not so high ABV or weight that it’s overwhelming. — 8 days ago
