Enjoyed this 2010 VJB Cab on 5/24/2020. This bottle held up well with nice aroma and balanced tannins. Still has some life remaining on this vintage, but would recommend drinking soon. — 4 years ago
I’m a huge VJB fan but I gotta be honest that I was a bit disappointed in this #sagrantino. It drinks similarly to a Dry Creek Valley old vine Zin. Big fruit lovers will rejoice but I was looking for more bright acidity and it was a touch syrupy for my preference. — 5 years ago

Still very good after 13 years. Enjoyed on 4/26/2020; Vintage 2007 — 5 years ago
Excellent #brunello - style #sangiovese from VJB in #sonomawine . Lighter interpretation, lovely base of wild cherry, touch of earth and spice and elegant tannins. — 6 years ago
Smooth finish. Minimal tannins, low acidity with a medium body. Clean nose with light intensity. Youthful. — 6 years ago
Very balanced. Full flavor and smooth. Grandma loves — 4 years ago
VJB has great #sonomavalley reds. This #cabernetsauvignon starts out tight with oaky vanilla, upon opening up there’s blackberry preserves, leather. Great concentration on the palate, enough acidity for balance and velvety tannins. — 5 years ago
Big ole heavy bottle. Lovely color. Smells like a luscious pot of cooking jam. Maybe a berry jam. Strawberry and huckleberry? Flavor is very rich and very dense. Like an Italian ‘straw wine’. Nice bitter backbone mixed with cheerful cherry flavors. Kinda jammy on the finish with a raisiny element. Black tea and fig in their too. Tasty full, fulfilling wine for savoring. Oh so delectable... — 6 years ago
