This wine is one of our immediate favorites. It's tasty and delicious, starting with crisp grapefruit that smoothly transitions to a creamy, buttery finish. It's easy to drink as a great stand-alone summer wine, or it's excellent with seafood, fish, or vegetables. — 9 years ago
Bustling strawberries on the nose; fig and vanilla, with hints of clove/baking spices. A touch of earthiness. Smooth tannin. $17 from BG. — 4 years ago

Color of dilute plum skin with brown hazy note at the rim, partly transparent. Nose of nice ripe cranberries and plum, oaky, malty, peaty, and spice note, all modest and round. Taste of round acidity, with waves of sweetness like caramel attacking the palates, peppery, unusually jammy considering it's a Pinot noir, black tea flavor, ripe berries, and oaky. Aftertaste of pepper, balsamic vinegar, and a bit of zest. It is definitely a bottle full of terroir characteristics. — 9 years ago

Great flavor. Buy again — 9 years ago
Quite like this one for the price. Plenty of berries and nice depth of colour. Nice oak and if the label is right, will be great after cellaring — 10 years ago

Nose of grapefruit blossoms and lemongrass. Surprisingly buttery mouth feel with perfectly balanced sugar on the grapefruit. Honeyed lemon rind finish. A delight paired with chicken tetrazzini. — 4 years ago
