Citruss fruits (lemon), stonefruit (white peaches), white flowers, dandelions, viscous and textured like lemon oil. Waxy.

A bit of honeycomb and then a slight bitterness of almost like biting into an herb or like dried sea buckthorn, even.

Lively nose has loads of gravelly crushed granite, cured beef, peppercorns, and focused dark berry fruit. Lively in the mouth as well, medium bodied, with savory, clingy flavors, subtle soft tannin, and nicely-integrated acids. Beautiful balance. More fruit coming out on the palate as it airs.
