Drank this yesterday and forgot to post. In lieu of tasting notes, I will say I’m going to go try to find more of this. Delicious and “affordable” for Burgundy. — 3 years ago
Sort of exactly what I wanted right now. Kinda farm funky, totally spicy and black fruited with notes of smoked meat, paprika, burnt rosemary. Really soft on the palate with pure fruit and nice acidity on a long finish. Yum. — 3 years ago
Lemon, dilly and minty, apple skin, graham cracker, lime leaf, chalk; it’s really quite good. Nice, balanced, long finish. Really shined with dinner. Delicious. — 3 years ago
Juicy apricot, honeysuckle, tart orange, tarragon/cilantro, potpourri; slightly grippy with fairly tart acidity. It’s good and I’m happily drinking it, but it’s very same-y with any other “orange” wine. This is a reputable style and many (if not most) are well-made. But I don’t know that there is much differentiation… — 3 years ago
Lemon zest, fresh cut apple, mandarin oranges, pleasant bit of creamsicle on the finish, balanced as can be. Fairly simple, but exactly what it’s supposed to be and quite good. Will be great with white beans, rice, and leeks! — 3 years ago
Ripe red fruit, juicy tomato, strawberry, rhubarb; smoked meat, pretty explosive flavor, very soft tannin and high acid. Silky. Good. — 3 years ago
Pink grapefruit, citrus rind, fresh cut grass, green apple, white peach; really nice mouthfeel and acidity; so easy to drink, juicy, yummy — 3 years ago
Beautiful copper-hued color and a huge, vibrant aroma that leaps out of the glass. Toasty, green apple, fresh pear, even a little stone fruit; full-bodied but good acid to back it all up. Really a beautiful bottle of Champagne! — 3 years ago
Raspberry, cocoa powder, earth, rosemary, underripe cherry; light body but hangs on the palate for quite a while. Good acidity. Richer and riper than Burgundy, but restrained and delicious. — 3 years ago

Golden raisins, baked apple, pineapple, mango, yellow peach, limestone, orange marmalade, dried apricots, a little reduction too, skin contact-y stuff. This. Is. It. — 3 years ago
